Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar customer service role.
• Plywood experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath or building materials.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Team-oriented; demonstrates initiative.
• Creative, self-motivated with drive.
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High school graduate; some college courses preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers and provide sales quotes.
• Coordinate with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Assist showroom walk-ins with questions and orders.
• Generate new or complimentary sales via phone and in person.
• Research product solutions for field-project issues.
• Hours: Monday to Friday dayshift.
