Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading US tile and natural stone manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions.

You will engage customers across phone, email, and in-person interactions, guide product selection in the showroom, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the Sales team to follow up on quotes and orders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in showroom or retail settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Build and nurture customer relationships and guide product selection.
• Retrieve and bring product samples to customers in the showroom.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and records.
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and sales orders.
• Create shipping orders and packing lists.
• Collaborate with Sales Representative and stay informed on products.
• Assist with marketing materials and showroom upkeep.
