Job summary

TileBar in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Showroom Concierge to support sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in our showroom. You will be the first point of contact, provide product knowledge, handle orders and quotes, and collaborate with sales reps to ensure smooth transactions.

As part of a small team, you will help maintain CRM records, assist with sample requests, and contribute to a high-touch, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use a CRM system to log client interactions and orders.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming showroom presence and assist clients in person, over the phone, or in writing.
• Assist sales representatives with orders, quotes, samples, tracking, and returns; maintain detailed CRM notes.
• Develop product knowledge to answer client inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with showroom staff and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Represent TileBar professionally and align with brand standards in all client interactions.
