Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Showroom Concierge to support showroom sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will work with Sales Representatives in a two-person team, providing customer service, product knowledge, and administrative support for orders and inquiries.

The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and events, and involves occasional travel for market events. Emerald compensation includes a strong base salary and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Sales Support experience.
• 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, or Supply Chain industries.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming and professional first impression in person, over the phone, or in writing.
• Assist showrooms with sample requests, quoting, order placement, tracking and returns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for seamless account management.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients and support sales.
