Job summary

TileBar is seeking a remote Concierge to support customer service and sales for clients and showroom teams. You will serve as a remote point of contact, handling inquiries, order coordination, and administrative tasks by phone, email, and virtual tools, while collaborating with sales reps and internal teams.

The role emphasizes delivering a seamless client experience, maintaining detailed CRM records, and growing product knowledge to confidently address client needs in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service or sales support experience.
• 2+ years in industry experience (tile, natural stone, textiles, furniture, building materials, or supply chain) preferred.
• Experience with Commercial Contractors and knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, professional first impression over phone, email, and virtual client interactions.
• Coordinate showroom appointments and connect clients with appropriate sales representatives.
• Assist sales reps remotely with sample requests, quotes, orders, tracking, and returns; maintain CRM records.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information and support client needs.
