TileBar, located in Houston, seeks a Showroom Concierge to support sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will be the first contact, provide product information, assist with orders, and coordinate with showroom staff to ensure smooth processes.

Flexibility to work retail hours is required and occasional travel for events may be needed. A customer-focused mindset and CRM proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 2-3 years of relevant Sales Support experience.
• 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, or Supply Chain industries.
• Experience working with Commercial Contractors and knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression in person, over the phone, or in writing.
• Assist sales representatives with sample requests, quoting, order placement, tracking, and returns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for seamless account management.
• Develop and maintain strong understanding of TileBar’s products to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with showroom staff and internal teams to uphold brand standards and exceed client expectations.
• Represent TileBar with professionalism and contribute to a service-driven culture.
