Job summary

TileBar in McLean, VA is seeking a Showroom Concierge to support sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. As part of a small team, you will assist Sales Representatives with sample requests, quotes, orders, tracking, and returns, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will develop product knowledge across TileBar offerings, collaborate with showroom staff and internal teams, and represent the brand with professionalism during showroom visits, events, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• CRM proficiency required to manage customer interactions and records.
• Strong time management to multitask across showroom tasks and events.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide superior client service.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless order processing.

Responsibilities
