TileBar, Paramus showroom, seeks a Showroom Concierge to deliver outstanding customer service and support to Sales Representatives. You will be the first contact, handle inquiries, and assist with orders and CRM updates.

Two-person team environment; weekend/evening shifts may be required, with occasional travel for market events and showroom openings. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Sales Support experience.
• 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, or Supply Chain industries preferred.
• Experience working with Commercial Contractors and knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsabilités

• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing.
• Offer refreshments, seating, and other amenities to enhance the client’s showroom experience.
• Assist sales representatives with key processes, including sample requests, quoting, order placement, tracking, and returns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless account management.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TileBar’s product offerings, systems, and services to provide accurate and expert information in support of the client’s needs and inquiries.
• Work closely with showroom staff and internal teams to uphold brand standards and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery.
• Assist with additional showroom and sales-related tasks as needed to enhance the client’s experience.
• Represent TileBar with professionalism and positivity, embodying our values, vision, and dedication to exceptional service.
