Burlington Stores is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. You will monitor entrances/exits and high-risk areas, promote theft-prevention practices, and support store leadership in shortage reduction programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Report theft incidents to Manager on Duty
• Provide support in shortage reduction programs
• Maintain professional appearance and dress standards
