Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain command presence at store entrances and exits to reduce theft.
• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to Manager on Duty.
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Monitor the store environment and uphold safety and security standards.
• Be a valuable partner to store leadership by reporting incidents promptly.
