You will monitor entrances, greet customers with a warm smile, and work with store leadership to reduce theft opportunities while upholding safety standards. The role requires 1+ year in customer service or retail, ability to stand long hours, strong communication, confidentiality, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers; strong posture and energetic greeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
