Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and create a secure environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident, and energetic greeting and maintain a professional appearance.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates as needed, following safety and security standards.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
