Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly greeting and provide assistance as needed.
• Conduct bag and package checks following safety standards.
• Identify and report suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
