Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a maintenance operations environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop setting.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor workflow; manage labor and meetings.
• Direct technicians and staff to meet safety and quality targets.
• Maintain vehicle and shop standards; ensure asset care.
• Communicate with customers and support repair processes.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-control efforts.
