Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years experience in a maintenance operations environment; Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years experience may substitute.
• Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment required; Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred; Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow and labor management for shift; schedule and assign work to technicians.
• Manage customer relationships, ensure uptime, and coordinate PM scheduling & follow-up.
• Direct asset management of shop area, tooling, equipment, and parts inventory.
• Ensure quality inspections and root-cause analysis for breakdowns; support safety and EPA compliance.
