Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to join our Overland Park store team. You will guide a group of sales associates, drive daily sales, mentor staff, and uphold the brand’s values through customer-focused service and skincare expertise.

You will coach, train, and motivate the team on product details, store operations, and ethical practices while fostering a positive, inclusive environment for customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to day-to-day customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the team using StoreForce data and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demos to customers.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and suggest informed recommendations.
• Development: train Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and skills.
• DEIB: promote open communication and belonging among team members.
