Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce data and optimize shop floor structure to meet/exceed goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, product demos, and build a loyal customer base.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and in events.
• Product Passion: expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Development: train and coach sales ambassadors to improve performance and skills.

• Operational Excellence: manage cash handling, opening/closing, and secure the store at close.
