Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader in Overland Park, KS to mentor a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example in product demonstrations, educate customers on ethical skincare, and foster a positive, productive work environment that reflects Lush values.

Responsibilities include coaching, floor layout adjustments, cash handling, attendance, and strong merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, giving feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting floor layout to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and brand ethics in-store and via events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to raise performance and sales.
• Promote DEIB, encourage open communication and belonging.
• Handle cash, open/close, reconcile cash drawers and secure the store.
• Lead attendance, ensure breaks and shift readiness; maintain visuals.
• Train team on inventory, stock displays, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies for opening/closing and safety.
