Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Brea to drive sales and provide exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will lead a team of sales associates, coach on product knowledge, and reinforce brand values while delivering engaging product demonstrations.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and fostering a positive, inclusive store environment.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on customer experience with world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and our positions on animal testing, ethical buying, and packaging in-store and through events.
• Increase product knowledge and consistently make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance, growth, and skills.
