Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in Brea seeks a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across sales, customer experience, and operations. You will lead a team of Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor to reach and exceed targets, while upholding Lush's brand values and ethical standards.

You will train and coach the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store health and safety.

Qualifications

• Must-have: supervisory experience with coaching, feedback and training.
• Must-have: problem-solving in day-to-day customer service.
• Must-have: ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Preferred: experience with consultation-based customer service models.

• Preferred: experience in skincare or cosmetics.

• Preferred: fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Build the Lush brand by educating customers on brand values and sustainable practices.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers.
• Develop Sales Ambassadors and peers through training and feedback.
• Foster DEIB and collaboration within the team.
• Ensure cash handling, opening/closing, and store security are performed correctly.
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, stock and inventory following guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies for opening/closing, product integrity and safety.
