Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in Maine is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, customer experience, and storefront operations. You’ll lead a team on the shop floor, coach ambassadors, and help drive results while upholding our values.

Responsibilities include coaching, visual merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Flexible schedule and a passion for skincare are a plus. This is a full-time role at Maine Mall.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize the StoreForce dashboard results to provide coaching and feedback to the sales team and adjust the shop floor to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging through store engagement and events.
• Product Passion: Increase product knowledge and consistently make informed product recommendations.
