Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, training, and operations. On the shop floor, you’ll coach brand ambassadors to achieve goals and drive a positive customer experience, creating a lively and productive store environment.

You’ll lead by example, manage cash handling and opening/closing tasks, and uphold our brand values, DEIB commitments, and ethical beauty storytelling for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through coaching, adjust shop floor to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush values and brand messaging.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Promote DEIB and inclusive teamwork.
• Cash handling and opening/closing duties; secure store.
• Maintain visuals and merchandising; inventory awareness.
