Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure accurate, timely shipping documentation and to support outbound freight processes. You will coordinate with outbound carriers, prepare bills of lading, and work with site personnel to keep shipping records accurate.

Responsibilities include using the Manhattan WMS, entering data, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with receiving, picking, packing, and loading as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Manhattan WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with outbound carriers daily to provide shipment schedules and equipment needs.
• Receives drivers and directs outbound shipments.
• Uses the warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensures drivers depart with correct paperwork and documents.
• Maintains accurate shipping data and records in the system.
• Resolves discrepancies and supports material handling duties as needed.
• Monitors trailer capacity and coordinates with spotters for moves.
• Files outbound paperwork for easy retrieval.
• Maintains seal logs and the load board with accurate information.
• Willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
