Responsibilities

• Perform Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns activities and assist customers with shipping needs.
• Provide excellent customer service for returns and shipping via UPS or other carriers.
• Identify customer needs for shipping and explain available options.
• Maintain shipping area for efficient processing and storage of packages.
• Ensure supplies for shipping and returns are stocked.
• Deliver a positive, inviting environment for customers.
• Utilize basic selling skills to present solutions to customers.
• Assist with online order pickups and other duties as assigned.
