• Provide strong customer service for returns and shipping with UPS or other carriers.
• Identify customer shipping needs and explain available shipping options.
• Maintain the shipping area for efficient processing and storage.
• Keep supplies for shipping and returns stocked.
• Provide exceptional service to create a welcoming store environment.
• Use basic selling skills to engage customers and present solutions.
• Be flexible with duties, including online pick-ups and cleaning.
