Responsibilities include managing all shipping and returns tasks, engaging customers, explaining shipping options, and keeping the area organized with supplies stocked. Strong listening and sales skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and drive sales.
• Capable of lifting/pushing/moving materials up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns tasks, including customer engagement and preparing packages for pickup.
• Provide excellent customer service for returns and shipping needs (UPS, Amazon, etc.).
• Identify customer shipping needs and explain available options.
• Maintain shipping area for efficient processing and storage of packages.
• Ensure necessary supplies are stocked to process ship/returns.
• Deliver a welcoming, helpful environment and present solutions when appropriate.
• Support online pickup duties, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.
