Job summary

RRD is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to support daily material movement, receiving, packing, and shipping of printed products. You will verify documents, operate forklifts, and coordinate with internal teams to meet quality and schedule targets.

Role requires basic math, strong organization, and effective communication across departments. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided, with standard 6AM–2PM shifts and on-site work.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to communicate across departments effectively.
General knowledge of information systems used for tracking materials.

Responsibilities

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials and finished products.
Checks goods against shipping documents; packs, labels, and prepares bills of lading.
Unloads/loads materials, verifies quantities against bills of lading and packing slips.
Maintains records and files; supports manufacturing with standard procedures.
Operates material handling equipment to stage materials and load trucks.
Communicates with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure proper handling and shipping.
