Job summary

RRD is seeking a Shipping Associate to assist daily with materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, and shipping of printed products. You will prepare shipments for FedEx/UPS/USPS and ensure adherence to customer specs and SLAs.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, verifying documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with production and service teams. The role requires safety compliance, strong organization, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have adequate oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments.
• Requires strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and coordinate work with others.
• Ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (Forklift) and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials and finished products.
• Pack goods for shipment according to specifications and prepare bills of lading.
• Verify against bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping documents before sending.
• Maintain records of goods received and shipped; coordinate with production and service teams.
• Operate material handling equipment to stage materials and load trucks.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
