Job summary

RRD is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to assist daily activities in the shipping department, including materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, and preparing shipments of printed products for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers. You will ensure compliance with customer specifications and service level agreements, while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, at least 3 years in shipping/operations, and the ability to operate forklifts and using

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or manufacturing support.
• Ability to operate forklifts and use material handling equipment.
• Strong information systems literacy and paperwork accuracy.
• Good written and oral communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, check against documents, and prepare shipments.
• Load/unload materials, stage and palletize for transport.
• Maintain records of goods received and shipped; support routing and scheduling.
• Assist with load planning and coordinate with carriers.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and housekeeping in the shipping area.
