NFI Industries in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure accurate and timely shipping documentation and support daily warehouse activities. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and requires strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with outbound carriers, managing the warehouse management system, and assisting with receiving, packing, and loading. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with outbound carriers daily to schedule shipments.
• Open/close shipments in the WMS and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with proper paperwork and documents.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and logs.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading tasks.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters.
