Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, not required.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 10–12 hours.
• Lift and move totes up to 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
• Communicates with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments.
• Open/close shipments in the warehouse management system and prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Ensure drivers depart with appropriate paperwork and that shipping documents are accurate.
• Maintain data and records relative to shipping activities in the WMS.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and support Material Handling duties as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on trailer moves.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by leadership.
