Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk in McDonough, GA to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor/Manager and involves coordinating outbound shipments, using Manhattan WMS, and maintaining data records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, not required.
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours and lift 50-100 pounds.
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with outbound carriers daily and provide schedules.
• Open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading using WMS.
• Ensure drivers depart with proper paperwork.
• Maintain shipping documents and records according to SOPs.
• Enter and maintain data in the WMS and daily inventory reports.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
