NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are completed accurately and timely. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and involves coordinating with carriers, site personnel, and drivers.

Responsibilities include managing shipments in the WMS, preparing bills of lading, ensuring paperwork is complete, and maintaining shipping records. Candidates should have a high school diploma and warehouse experience, with MS Office proficiency;

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to input data accurately and maintain records.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with outbound carriers daily by email to provide shipment schedules and equipment needs.
• Direct drivers for outbound shipments and ensure proper paperwork.
• Open/close shipments in the warehouse management system and prepare bills of lading.
• Maintain accuracy of shipping documents following SOPs.
• Enter and maintain shipping data in the system and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with material handling tasks including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on movements.
