Job summary

NFI in Savannah, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely. You will work with outbound carriers, drivers, and site staff to coordinate shipments and paperwork.

This role requires a high school diploma, experience in a fast-paced warehouse, and familiarity with Manhattan WMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds are expected. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, not required.
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours and lift 50-100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, sharing shipment schedules and equipment needs.
• Coordinates with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receives drivers and directs outbound shipments.
• Uses WMS to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensures drivers depart with correct paperwork.
• Maintains shipping documents per SOP.
• Enters shipping data into WMS and maintains records.
• Assists with material handling tasks as needed.
• Monitors trailer capacity and coordinates with spotters.
• Files outbound paperwork for easy access.
• Maintains seal log and load board with accurate info.
