Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk in Olive Branch, MS to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely. You will coordinate with outbound carriers, prepare bills of lading, and support warehouse activities under the supervision of the Operations team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in fast-paced warehouses, familiarity with Manhattan WMS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
• Communicates with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments.
• Use warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Ensure drivers depart with appropriate paperwork.
• Maintain accuracy of shipping documents per SOPs.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and maintain records for shipping activities.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with material handling duties (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading).
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on trailer moves.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by leadership.
