NFI Industries in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely. You will coordinate with carriers, run the warehouse management system, prepare bills of lading, and support various shipping tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in a fast-paced warehouse, and proficiency with MS Office. Bi-lingual a plus; night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.

Responsabilités

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing shipment schedules and equipment needs.
• Manages outbound shipments and prepares bills of lading using the warehouse management system.
• Ensures drivers depart with all required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintains accurate shipping records and data in the system.
• Assists with material handling duties as needed (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading).
• Monitors trailer capacity and coordinates with spotters for movements.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned by leadership.
