RJW Logistics Group in Plainfield, IL is seeking an Administrative Clerk Lead to support inbound/outbound operations, schedule orders, and coordinate billing while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Typing at least 40 words per minute.
• 3--4 years of clerical experience.
• Basic transportation/logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents.
• Schedule the delivery of customer loads.
• Document orders in the system and update customer contact information.
• Maintain communications with customers about changes in delivery schedules and potential service issues.
• Handle all billing for the Inbound Department.
• Train associates on Inbound Department tasks and procedures.
• Understand RJW policies and customer requirements.
• Update reports as required by operations manager and COO.
• Assist local dispatcher with Tee Cards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
