RJW Logistics Group is hiring for an Administrative Clerk Lead to support the Outbound Operations Department with order entry, scheduling, and billing. The role requires strong clerical skills, English proficiency, and ability to learn RJW systems.

Qualifications

• Must type at least 40 wpm.
• Basic office clerical skills required.
• 3–4 years of clerical experience preferred.
• Basic transportation / logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and index documents as required.
• Schedule the delivery of customer loads.
• Document orders in computer and update customer contact information.
• Maintain communications with customers regarding changes to delivery schedules and potential service failures.
• Handle all billing for the Inbound Department.
• Train associates on tasks of Inbound Departments and related processes.
• Update reports as required by operations manager and COO.
