Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for an Administrative Clerk Lead in Illinois. The role supports the Outbound Operations Department, schedules customer orders, and trains associates on clerical tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of clerical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets. First shift starts at $22/hour, with second shift at $24/hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–4 years of clerical experience.
• Basic office clerical skills and ability to type 40 wpm.
• Basic transportation / logistics experience.
• Must communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents.
• Schedule delivery of customer loads.
• Document orders in computer systems and update contact info.
• Maintain communication with customers about schedule changes and service issues.
• Handle billing for the Inbound Department.
• Train associates on clerical tasks and RJW processes.
• Maintain understood goals, policies, and procedures.
