Job summary

RJW Logistics Group seeks an Administrative Clerk Lead to manage inbound operations support and customer scheduling. You will input orders, schedule deliveries, and maintain client contact while handling billing and reporting duties.

The role requires clerical experience, basic logistics knowledge, and solid keyboard skills. Second shift is offered with competitive pay and employee benefits, including a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Basic office clerical skills and typing ability.
• 3–4 years of clerical experience in logistics or office settings.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; basic transportation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan / index documents as required.
• Schedule the delivery of customer loads.
• Document orders in the computer and update contact information.
• Maintain communication with customers about delivery changes and service issues.
• Handle all billing for the Inbound Department.
• Train associates on inbound tasks (outbound paperwork, filing, billing, accuracy).
• Update reports for the operations manager and COO.
• Assist local dispatcher with Tee Cards and other tasks as assigned.
