RJW Logistics Group is hiring for an Administrative Clerk Lead to support inbound/outbound operations. You will enter orders, schedule deliveries, document information, and maintain customer communications to ensure timely service.

Qualifications include 3–4 years of clerical experience, English proficiency, and basic logistics knowledge. The role requires strong typing, organizational skills, and ability to train others in procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
• 3–4 years of clerical experience.
• Basic transportation / logistics experience.
• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents.
• Schedule the delivery of customer loads.
• Document orders in computer and update contact information.
• Maintain communications with customers about delivery schedules and issues.
• Handle billing for the Inbound Department.
• Train associates on inbound/outbound duties and procedures.
