RJW Logistics is hiring for an Administrative Clerk Lead role in Illinois. The position supports outbound operations with clerical tasks, order processing, scheduling, billing, and reporting. The role requires strong typing, 3–4 years of clerical experience, and basic logistics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Basic office clerical skills required.
• Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
• 3–4 years of clerical experience.
• Basic transportation/logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents as required.
• Schedule the delivery of customer loads.
• Document orders in computer and update customer information.
• Maintain communications with customers about changes in delivery schedules and potential service failures.
• Handle all billing for the Inbound Department.
• Train associates on tasks of Inbound Departments.
• Understand RJW policies and customer requirements.
• Report customer problems to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Suggest improvements and implement approved changes.
• Update reports as required by operations manager and COO.
• Assist local dispatcher in updating Tee Cards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
