RJW Logistics Group in Illinois seeks an Administrative Clerk Lead to manage inbound operations support, scheduling, and billing. You will coordinate customer orders, update records, and communicate delivery changes while guiding junior staff.

Ideal candidates have solid clerical experience, strong typing, and basic logistics knowledge. This full-time role offers a structured environment and opportunities within a growing logistics company.

Qualifications

• Basic office clerical skills.
• Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
• 3 -- 4 years of clerical experience.
• Basic transportation / logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan / index documents as required.
• Schedule the delivery of customer loads.
• Update customer contact information in the system.
• Maintain communications with customers about changes to delivery schedules and potential service failures.
• Handle all billing for the Inbound Department.
• Train associates on tasks of Inbound Departments such as creating of Outbound paperwork.
