Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and ensure adherence to MOD standards.

You will deploy the right team, monitor guest experiences, and support management in daily tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly. You will adapt to the needs of the squad, mentor teammates, and deliver the MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Follow and enforce processes; coach compassionately.
• Calm presence during high volume.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct deployment of squad and daily operations.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and catering.
• Ensure food safety standards via MOD tools.
• Listen to concerns and escalate issues to GM/AM as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, including refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with the GM.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and communicate updates.
• Review emails for updates from Slice and other sources.
