MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will mentor the squad, ensure guest experiences, and contribute to smooth daily operations while modeling MOD's purpose and values.

Responsibilities include deployment, training, product quality, safety, and high-volume management. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to deliver the MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Oversee squad performance, guest experiences, and smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members.
• Manage shift deployment, staffing and cash handling within the shift.
• Ensure food safety standards in both Front and Back of House.
• Review emails and communicate relevant information for squad effectiveness.
• Adhere to opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
