Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, mentor teammates, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage shift execution, safety, and quality while supporting training and program rollouts.

This role emphasizes leadership, deployment of staff, and adherence to MOD standards across responsibilities. You will adapt to changing needs of the squad and restaurant, ensuring the MOD experience remains at the forefront of every shift, including peak

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes with compassionate coaching.
• Calm presence during peak periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts, 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Train new hires, support program rollouts and standards.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of food handling in Back and Front of House.
• Use MOD tools and standards to maintain quality and consistency.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, including refunds and change.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Complete shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Stay updated via email with MOD and Slice communications.
