Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Oak Creek, WI to lead restaurant operations during shifts, mentor teammates, and uphold MOD standards. The role focuses on guest experience, program rollouts, training, and leadership for a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

As the shift supervisor, you will adapt to restaurant needs, provide guidance, and ensure the MOD experience is delivered consistently. The position supports a flexible schedule and career growth within MOD Pizza.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or informal leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow and coach others with processes and standards.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure guests are served smoothly and the squad is deployed correctly.
• Train newly hired or promoted squad members and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering, catering, fundraising, and customer review systems.
• Ensure food safety and quality using MOD tools and standards in Front and Back of House.
• Listen to concerns from squad members and guests; escalate issues when needed to the AM/GM.
• Manage cash within the shift, including making change and processing refunds.
