Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, Wisconsin, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and ensure adherence to MOD standards. You will supervise deploy­ment, direct staff, and maintain guest satisfaction while upholding food safety and quality guidelines.

You will manage cash handling, inventory, and communications with the management team, while ensuring a positive MOD experience for every guest on your shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead others.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow and coach others with consistency and empathy.
• Calm presence during high-volume service.
• Must obtain a food safety/alcohol certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Model MOD's purpose and ensure the squad delivers the best possible guest experience.
• Direct the squad to run smooth opening/closing procedures and maintain standards.
