MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires. You will guide the squad, ensure the guest experience stays top-notch, and help implement program rollouts across the restaurant.

As the most senior person on shift at times, you will model MOD’s values, deploy the right team, oversee safety and standards, and collaborate with the GM to keep the MOD experience consistent for every guest.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain required food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and train new hires.
• Ensure compliance with MOD tools and standards for food safety.
• Direct squad deployment and adjust daily tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds as needed.
• Oversee inventory and place orders with the GM.
• Support opening, midday, and closing checklists.
