O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes supervising customer service levels in the showroom, handling purchases, transfers, returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures. Great opportunity for growth within a national retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is beneficial.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to loyalty programs.
• Answer telephones per company policy and manage customer inquiries.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers and shipments and notify customers on arrival.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and maintain security procedures.
